Why a zero point clamping system?
There is a demand for abbreviating downtimes of machines and plants in manufacturing facilities for being able to better exploit machine capacities. That´s the reason why we started years ago to increasingly use zero point clamping systems.

After hard but fair negotiations, we placed the order for a new innovative turning milling center to our longtime partner DMG / MORI SEIKI Austria GmbH at the trade fair “INTERTOOL” in Vienna.
Quality Austria carried out an audit at the company Merten. Because of an excellently set-up QM system without deviations or remarks, Merten´s ISO 9001:2008 certificate was extended.

On April 24, 2014 – the Vienna Daughter´s Day – we gave girls between the age of 11 and 16 the chance to get acquainted with the profession metal technician/machining technology in our premises.
