For this reason, we not only conducted a customer survey, but also had our entire organization additionally evaluated by Quality Austria. We are pleased that we have now been awarded the title of Austria’s Excellent Company 2023 and would like to thank our entire team, as this is definitely not an individual achievement.
However, we were also given tips on where we have room for improvement and we will implement these in our company in such a way that not only our customers benefit, but also our colleagues in the company and our cooperation partners.
