Start up of the new Hermle C400

As part of our automation concept at Merten, we are pleased to announce the successful commissioning of our new investment, the Hermle C400. This milestone was achieved thanks to our first-class team and the support of Hermle’s application engineers. Within just one week of commissioning, we were already able to ensure a two-shift workload, and a ghost shift was even introduced in the second week. We would like to thank everyone involved and our film team, who have accompanied us for years and helped us get our message across.

This investment not only enables us to increase the efficiency of our processes to offer our customers greater precision and shorter lead times, but also to guarantee faster delivery times. In this way, we enable our customers to manufacture larger batch sizes more efficiently and achieve a cost structure in line with the market.
