5TH GENERATION AT MERTEN

It is unbelievable: After almost 100 years of our company’s existence, the second granddaughter has completed her intership in the company. Both young ladies of the 5th generation have decided on a technical education with the clear goal to lead the family business into the 5th generation.

Many ask again and again why this is so! The family does not really have an answer for that, because no one was forced to make that decision. But it could well be that – apart from WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram – tradition, responsibility and passion are also important for the young.
