On March 20, 2015 the District Leader of Donaustadt (22nd district of Vienna) Mr. Ernst Nevrivy visited the company Merten together with his Office Manger Mr. Ing. André Kozel.
Since the 1900s fibre cement panels are considered to be the embodiment of modernity. Especially over the past 10 years the fibre cement panel experienced a renaissance in the design of façades.
This year too, the 3 days BiWi Industry Presentation took place in the rooms of the Mechatronics Center Vienna. Merten supported this presentation with two apprentices.

In January 2015, MERTEN again invested in the expansion of programming stations. We currently have 5 programming stations for our CNC manufacturing.
