35 years of commitment with heart and responsibility
Our boss has been part of the company for 35 years. This time is characterized by reliability, humanity and a clear attitude. He began his career in the workshop as a lathe operator and milling cutter in machining technology, parallel to attending the HTL for mechanical engineering.
From the very beginning, it was important to him to make decisions not only according to economic but also ethical standards and to live these values in his day-to-day work.
People were always at the center of his attention. Personal exchange and making contacts were always important to him. Over the years, this has resulted in a network that not only gives him pleasure, but also benefits employees, customers and friends.
Relationships should create added value for everyone involved, that was always important to him.
Another key aspect was the transfer of knowledge. Apprentice training has been an integral part of the company for decades and has enabled many young people to start their careers. This actively contributes to the future of young people, customers and society.
Despite all the responsibility, one thing always remained clear: work can be demanding, but it should also be enjoyable. For him, humor, positive energy and mutual respect are just as important as strategy and foresight. This results in quality, trust and a working environment in which everyone knows why they are here.
He also lives this down-to-earth attitude in his private life. Long-distance trips are not his standard. He feels most at home with his family, in green Styria, in a pub with a good glass of wine or relaxing in the Schweizerhaus.
35 years stand for responsibility with heart. And anyone who knows him knows that a smile makes things easier, especially on Mondays.
