In all cases where products with different orientations have to be handled, a bump turn / flow turn combination becomes necessary. Bump turn and flow turn are mounted on a liftable platform, allowing to connect either the bump or the flow turn. Depending on the product and on the required orientation the shingled stream can either run through the bump turn with a 90°-reorientation of the products or run through the flow turn without changing the product orientation.
Features and specification of the bump turn are identical to the BT/1120.
The BTT/1120 processes a shingled stream, but it can also be configured as the BTTD/1120 double stream model, which then processes two superimposed streams.
